Discovery & Booking
- Book a free discovery call We review your goals, your customers, and what your site needs to do
- You receive a proposal with a fixed scope and fixed price
- Sign the agreement and pay your 25% deposit to reserve your build slot
Strategy & Content
Your prep window
- You receive your project board, your Website Intake Form, and our DIY Website Content Guide — a page-by-page outline that tells you exactly what to write and how much
- Send over your brand files, photos, and account logins
- We hold your Strategy Call to lock in your sitemap and page structure
- You submit your finished copy and we review it together
This phase sets your launch date. Your build is scheduled once your content and assets are approved — so the sooner they're in, the sooner you launch.

Design & Build
- We design your website based on your branding and/or style direction. (We will guide you through selecting an aesthitic if you don't have a brand guide).
- Every page is built mobile-first and tested across devices
- On-page SEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console and backend SCHEMA are set up.
Launch & Support
- We launch your site and submit it to Google for indexing!
- Walkthrough call plus access to our training library, so you can update your own content
2 weeks of post-launch support
We include 2 weeks of support to work out any bugs or functional issues that might popup. What's Included in your Web Design Package:

What We Need From You
- Your copy. Written by you, using our Content Guide. Or add our Copywriting Package and we'll handle it.
- Your branding. Logo, colors, and fonts. Don't have them? Add our Mini Brand for $500 and we'll build your visual identity before design begins.
- Your photos. Photos of your team, your work, and your space always outperform stock. Send what you have, or add our Photography Package.
- Your availability. A strategy call and two short review calls during the build.
